What we collect

Project inquiries. When you send the contact form we store your name, email address, company (if given), project type, budget range, your message, and the page you sent it from.

Newsletter. When you subscribe we store your email address, when you subscribed, and where on the site you did so.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we don't set cookies for marketing.

Why

Inquiries are used only to reply to you and to discuss your project. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the CMBYTES newsletter. We don't sell or share either with anyone.

Where it's kept

Submissions are stored in our application database, hosted by our infrastructure provider Convex. Access is limited to the CMBYTES team.

How long

Inquiries are kept for as long as they're useful to the conversation, and no longer than two years after our last contact. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.

Email hello@cmbytes.com at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. We'll confirm within five business days.
